ONLINE PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR HAJJ

According to the Ministry of Hajj all the internal hajj bookings from all over the kingdom should only be done online through their portal. (online local hajj booking portal)

Before you start your actual booking please visit our RESERVATION PAGE above and reserve your seat with our company. By this all your required information of contact will be received by Rihala al mubarka. Or call us and let us note down your contact details.

If you want to apply for hajj online, first of all you should check if you are eligible to apply for hajj this year. As per rules, you can perform hajj once every 5 years. However, if you have performed hajj in preceding 5 years alone and want to perform hajj this year with family, you can perform hajj as a mahram of your family. So, check if you are eligible to perform hajj this year through pressing on MOI on right side.

First step of Online Procedure to Apply for Hajj from Jeddah is to open the web portal of Ministry of Hajj. You can open it through this link http://localhaj.haj.gov.sa/LHB/pages/home.xhtml or by pressing on MOH on right hand side. You will find details of different packages in this link. You need to click on the “Go with Normal Hajj Registration” as shown in the below screenshot. NOTE: you must use computer/laptop for online haj booking portal on MOH .

second step A new page will be opened where you need to enter the number of male and female pilgrims who want to perform hajj along with the city ( select City Jeddah as our group will depart from jeddah only) Select “Normal Fare” at the end and click on submit button. It is important to mention here that children under 2 years of age don’t need Hajj permit if mother is performing hajj. OTHER CHILDRENS SHOULD BE ENTERED AS ADULT MALE OR FEMALE

Now you need to fill all the fields given here. you have to write your id number. You will also have to enter Date of Birth as per on your iqama. At the time of entering details of dependents, enter the iqama number of your dependents and there DOB as per iqama and select there relationship with you.

A new page will open where you need to select some additional services here DONT SELLECT ANYTHING. JUST CLICK ON LEAVING MINA DATE 12th - MUTAJIL & CLICK “Submit”.

Payment must be made within 72 hours to avoid automatic reservation cancellation.

Payments have to be made in full, failure to do so in allowed time frame will cancel the reservation automatically.

Reservation phone number cannot be used in more than one reservation.

Achieving the wishes of the Mutajil or Mutakhir will be as available.

Pilgrims cannot make more than one reservation.

A new page will open confirming your booking. You will also receive a SMS confirming your hajj booking, reservation no, amount which needs to be paid, through SADDAD , it needs to be paid between deadline for the payment. Just print this confirmation .

Once you have deposited the fee to the given SADDAD number, you will have to wait for a couple of days and check your status again on the website of Ministry of Hajj. If your status has been changed to “Paid Applicant”, it means you are done with everything. Now wait for further more days and Hajj permit will be available on the website of Ministry of Interior. You can print Hajj Permit From moi.gov.sa by entering ur id number and DOB .
AFTER COMPLETING THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROCEDURE FOLLOW THESE STEPS

Pay the amount via your online banking system or through ATM using SADAD services. SADDAD SERVICES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN YOUR SAME BANK’S ATM.

The Reservation will going to be canelled if you failed to pay within due date.

After completion of payment the system will proceed to issue your Hajj Contract. You will also receive a text message containing your request number for your company’s agreement and date.

You should enter Hajj Ministry’s https://localhaj.haj.gov.sa again, and goto Packages & Reservation scroll down and select Reservation Inquiry and enter the required details . Click Submit and it will take you to your booking page, Click on your contract and print it.

After printing the Contract, please place your signatures and bring it along with the following documents to our office

1. Hajj Company’s Contract SIGNED

2. Sadad Bank Payment Slip or screenshot of online payment

3. Two 2 Photographs

4. Iqama Copy

5. Vaccination Certificate as per rules of portal

6. Blood group
